A product for supplementing and checking the pressure in expansion tanks

● has been specially developed for checking and supplementing the gas pressure in
diaphragm expansion tanks.
● is filled with an incombustible gas in a safe, compressed-gas bottle; which does not
represent any hazard at all to the user.
● is free of alcohol and other, combustible substances.
● Corrosion is obviated when using the Fauch Gefäßfüller instead of compressed air,
because neither oxygen nor humidity can enter the expansion tank.
● The filling volume amounts to approximately 110 litres, at a temperature of about 25 °C and
a pressure of 1 bar.

Instructions for use
Screw the Adapter f. Gefäßfüller (Art. no. OFN011) onto the can's valve. Clamp the filling valve
onto the expansion tank. Only the pressure in the compensating tank (balancing tank) can be read
off on the adapter's manometer. Interrupt the filling procedure now and then for greater amounts
and monitor the pressure in the diaphragm expansion tank.
Close the valve on the adapter after completing the filling procedure, when the desired pressure
has been reached. Unclamp the filling valve on the membrane expansion tank and unscrew the
adapter from the aerosol can.
